The park space around the Faculty of Mathmatics, Physics and Informatics of Comenius University in Bratislava offers a perfect urban/park landscape for a disc golf course. Elevation changes, tree alleys, multiple natural out of bounds areas, you can have it all. Did we mention that the area used to be an orchard and all the trees typically blossom around the time of the tournament?
Bratislava (/ˌbrætɨˈslɑːvə/ or /ˌbrɑːtɨˈslɑːvə/; formerly Slovak Prešporok; German: Pressburg or Preßburg; Latin: Posonium; Hungarian: Pozsony) is the capital and disc golf center of Slovakia and, with a population of about 500,000, the country's largest city.Bratislava is in southwestern Slovakia, occupying both banks of the River Danube and the left bank of the River Morava. Bordering Austria and Hungary, it is the only national capital that borders two independent countries.
BTS Urban Mayday is the first Slovak international tournament in urban/park setting. The environment around the permanent disc golf course at Comenius University allows for both short and long difficult 18 technical holes with length over 2000 meters and par 61 in a nice urban setup.

XXL Extension Layout
The course layout truly deserves the name "XXL extension". It has 18 holes, par 61. Three par 5 holes, two par 4 holes (we have decreased par of two holes this year without changing their layout), and total length of 2052 meters of technical holes, including two island holes. Natural out of bound areas are present at all holes. More than half of the holes have moderate elevation changes. We will play the same layout as in 2018.
In 2016 a new area opened around a new Science Park building that brought fantastic new space for disc golf. In 2018 we have extended Hole #7 to a challenging par 5. Also Hole #11 is now much more risky than before. On the other hand, the woods area on Hole #10 was cleared and now the hole plays as a challenging par 3.

WARNING >>
This is an urban disc golf course and thus players will get during the play close to buildings, cars, and pedestrians. Players are individually responsible for any damage they will cause during the duration of the tournament. At all holes special attention needs to be paid to pedestrians and players need to wait until they will clear of the throw target area. If a player plans to throw across a street or road a spotter is necessary to indicate that the area is clear from cars and pedestrians.
Uphill/downhill
#2 uphill, #3, #4, #6, #8 downhill, #9 uphill, #10, #13 downhill, #17 uphill
Islands
Hole #3: The basket on the island will be repositioned for each round. Two drop zones for those who miss it. No penalties from the drop zones.
Hole #8: First, lay up and then putt on the elevated island downhill (oxymoron). Or go for it and if you miss, putt from the drop zone. No penalties from the drop zone.
